In accordance with the law from 21 of November 1996 in the Museum of Prudnik's land functions museum board .The board supervise the fulfillment of museum responsibilities to exhibits and masses, rate museum operation as well as approves of its yearly plan of operation. The members of the Museum of Prudnik's land's museum are appointed every four years by City Council of Prudnik.
